Who we are

Prismatic Immersive is a sole proprietorship based in Groningen, The Netherlands, operated by Wilco Vos. This policy covers our website and internal productivity tools.

What data we access

We use the Google Gmail API (read-only) in an internal tool to generate daily email summaries for the business owner. This tool:

• Accesses Gmail messages using the gmail.readonly scope
• Reads email metadata (sender, subject, date) and message bodies
• Does not modify, send, or delete any emails
• Does not access any third-party user accounts — only accounts owned by the business

How we use data

Email content is processed locally and via the Anthropic Claude API to categorize messages by urgency. Summaries are sent to the business owner via WhatsApp. No email content is stored permanently beyond short-term local logs retained for up to 30 days.

Data sharing

Email content is sent to the Anthropic API for analysis. No data is shared with any other third parties, sold, or used for advertising.

Data retention

Briefing history (message IDs, summaries, and action status) is stored locally for up to 30 days to enable follow-up tracking. Full email bodies are not retained.

Third-party users

This application is for internal use only and does not process data from external users.
